How do we book you for the wedding?
To book, simply fill out the inquiry form on my website. Once I confirm availability, I’ll send over a custom proposal, contract, and invoice.
A signed contract and a $1,000 retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due prior to the wedding.
Once you’re booked, you’ll receive a welcome guide and timeline support to help everything flow smoothly leading up to your day.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Custom travel quotes are available for destination weddings.
How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
Family photos are organized, efficient, and stress free. Prior to your wedding, I’ll ask you to share a list of must, have family groupings so nothing important is missed.
On the wedding day, I guide everyone clearly and keep things moving while still allowing space for natural moments. Most family photo sessions take about 20–30 minutes and are planned into your timeline to ensure a smooth flow.
If there are any sensitive family dynamics, you’re always welcome to let me know in advance.

How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season. If your date is coming up soon, feel free to reach out.
